Jeromy Sjolseth
He has owned the business in the field, in the clinic, in the software, and in finance. Now he does it for yours.
The story
Every business Jeromy runs starts the same way: he owns it. Before he ever advised anyone on technology, he was the one holding the license, signing the lease, and making payroll.
He started in the trades, as the owner and license holder of Aeon Construction, a general contractor he built into a profitable company. Construction teaches a specific kind of discipline. The work is visible. The budget is real. Close enough is not. He carried that standard with him into everything that came next.
In 2010 he founded Phoenix Urgent Care as sole owner and operator. He has said the urgent care space is where he found his love and passion for the industry and the patients it served. He built the practice, ran it, and sold it successfully to NextCare. Founding, operating, and exiting a healthcare business taught him things no consultant deck can teach, because an owner is the one who lives with the result.
Washington state came next. Immediate Clinic opened its first location in Kirkland's Juanita neighborhood in January 2013, and Jeromy started as its Director of Operations. He rose to Chief Executive Officer. The climb is documented at each step: the federal NPI registry lists him as an authorized official and Director of Operations of the practice behind Immediate Clinic in November 2013, and in January 2014 the Kirkland Reporter named and quoted him on the chain's second location and its plan to expand across Washington. When he left the company, he left as its CEO. He ran the same organization at every level, from opening the first location to the top office, and that is an education most consultants never get.
Running clinics surfaced a problem he could not stop thinking about. The data a practice needed to run itself already existed, buried in its EMR, and nobody had time to dig it out. So he built the tool. As cofounder of PracticeDashboard.com in Bellevue, he helped create a product that connects to a medical practice's EMR and puts its performance metrics in one simple, easy to use view. It was a leading edge company for its time, built by an operator for operators, and sold to the people sitting in the same seat he had sat in.
Finance came next, and it stuck. He cofounded Pacific Medical Finance and owns it outright today. PMF buys personal injury and medical lien receivables so healthcare providers get paid immediately instead of waiting 12 to 24 months on third party claims. He understood that cashflow problem because he had lived it from the provider's side of the desk.
That is the arc: general contractor, healthcare founder, Director of Operations to CEO, software cofounder, finance company owner. Construction, healthcare, software, finance. Every line is a real business with real customers and real consequences, and not one of them was a slide deck.
This history is why the honesty promise on this site is not a marketing angle. When Jeromy evaluates a client's business, he is not imagining what it is like to carry one. He has carried several. And because he has also been the one writing software and approving the numbers, he can talk about both: the work and the numbers behind it. He speaks operator, not jargon. When he says sometimes AI is not the solution, that is a man who has bought things he did not need, and who would rather lose the sale than hand you the same experience.

Why I do this work
I wrote this line when we started the company, and I stand behind it: "They don't want a 'tech bro' who doesn't understand how hard operating a business is to come in and give them advice." I have been the business: the job site, the clinic, the software company, the finance company. I know how hard operating is, because I have done it at every level. My promise is simple: we will evaluate your business honestly, we will tell you the truth even when it costs us the sale, and when AI is the answer we will build the real thing. Sometimes AI is not the solution. We will say so.
Start with a consultation.
$250 an hour, a straight answer, no slide deck.
